Self-Discipline is a virtue which helps us managing our-self better in our day to day life. It comes in our life by practice and following certain rules. It involves controlling our tempers, wishes, appetites, egos & mouths etc. Once you start practicing certain rules in your life and bring the right things in your actions you should able to recognize your limits up to some extent and should able to take decisions more precisely and should able to distinguish the difference between right and wrong. It actually helps you taking your charge instead of others.

Now, how we can decide what action we should follow and which rules are good for us to bring in our action. From my point of you, first talk to yourself and set your goals. Your goal is the first thing you should know and check your daily routine and see what changes in the daily routine may help in achieving the goal. After that talk to your parents or your mentor who could be your family member or friend, who knows you better, get the advice from them and work towards your goal and achieve it. Of course, there should be regular check if the rules are working fine, if not modify them with the experience. Few things are very common which always helps us like our attitude which should always be positive, inculcating good manners among our self which helps in nurturing self-discipline, time management like now a days we spend so much time on internet and social media. Once we are able to change our small small habits we feel better and we can become master of our destiny instead of others controlling us. We should take it as “Do it yourself” project and observe the changes happening. It is very well said, “If you want to change the world, first bring those changes in you” and this can only happen by religiously working on the self-discipline activities.
